Sailor Hocoro Dip Pens are designed for fountain pen and ink enthusiasts with more affordable prices and innovative features. This collection won the Good Design Award 2022 and the Hands Award of the Japanese Stationery Awards 2024. You can change the pen nibs easily and play with different fountain pen inks! This set comes with one pen barrel and one fude nib for calligraphy.
Fude nib was originally developed in Japan to imitate a brush pen. As Japanese calligraphy has a lot of line variation, the fude nib is bent for a few millimetres at the tip. Instead of pressing harder to change the line size, you should change the angle of the pen while you write to create line variation.
