When you place an order, the estimated shipping costs and delivery dates will be shown on the shipping quotes page based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Once the order is placed, we will send you an Order Confirmation by email. It will take 48 hours (Monday through Saturday) to dispatch your items. Tracking emails will be automatically sent to you when your order ships. You can follow the tracking instructions to track the order.

Fill My Box

Our "Fill My Box" service allows you to open a box for 4 weeks, purchase and fill in stationery items whenever you want, and pay the shipping fees all at once when you close the box. Please read the details before choosing this option.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please READ ALL the information below and Contact Us with your order number as well as information about the product you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with instructions on how to return the items in your order.

You can return most new unopened items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, with the responsibility of paying the return shipping costs. If the return is the result of an error on our part (receipt of an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will bear the return shipping costs.

Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions ...) allowing their remarketing in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not allowed to be returned. 

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, only product cost will be refunded. Your refund will be assured within 4 weeks of delivery of your package to the carrier in charge of the return, but in many cases you will receive your refund earlier. This period includes the delivery time for us to receive your return from the sender (5 to 10 working days), the processing time of your return once we have received it (3 to 5 working days) and the time it takes for our refund request to be processed by your bank (5 to 10 working days).
