Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

We generally process orders within 48 hours (Monday through Saturday).

How do I track my order?

Tracking emails are automatically sent when your order ships. If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your SPAM folder as they often end up there. 

When will I receive my order?

For shipping to Metropolitan France and Corsica, it usually takes 3 working days.

What is the shipping cost?

When you place an order, the estimated shipping costs will be shown on the shipping quotes page based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Can I enjoy free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping to France, EU, Switzerland, UK, US and Canada if you reach the minimum order value. Please click HERE for the shipping details.

What are your shipping options?

We mainly use La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, Colis Privé and Mondial Relay. If you have specific needs, feel free to Contact Us

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our beautiful home office in Marquette-lez-Lille, France.

What is "Fill My Box" service?

The "Fill My Box" service allows you to open a box for 4 weeks, purchase and fill in stationery items whenever you want, and pay the shipping fees all at once when you close the box. Please click HERE to read the details.

Do you provide Click & Collect service?

Yes, when you place the order, please write in the Order Comments to specify the date and time that you want to drop by and pick up your order in Marquette-lez-Lille.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email bonjour@85ruetranquille.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and a photo or two if possible. We will contact you regarding your options. Don’t worry - we will get it figured out!

 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We are sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. Items which are unused, unopened and in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your items to our address in Marquette-lez-Lille, France.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, only product cost will be refunded.

When will I receive my refund?

You should receive your refund within 4 weeks of delivery of your package to the carrier in charge of the return, but in many cases you will receive your refund earlier.

Do you offer exchanges?

We will try our best to arrange it for you. Please Contact Us with your order number as well as the products you wish to exchange.

My package was returned to your address. What do I do?

Please Contact Us with your order number. We will investigate. Usually this is due to an improperly entered shipping address when the order was placed. Additional shipping charges will apply to reship your order.

 

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please Contact Us and we will do our best to make it happen.

Unless an error occurred on our part, all orders, including the ones using "Fill My Box" service, will be refunded as store credits in your account.

Can I shop and pay in another currency?

Sure, you can change to your country's currency at the top left corner of our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master, American Express and PayPal.
