Sailor Dipton Shimmer Ink won the Nagasawa Stationery Center Award of the Japanese Stationery Awards 2024!
Inspired by the theme of music, the Sailor Dipton shimmer inks were designed for dip pens such as the Sailor Hocoro series. These inks features iridescent glitter, making the colours dance and transform with every angle and play of light.
The name Dipton is derived from "Dip" and "ton", symbolising the sounds involved in dipping a dip pen into ink and pressing the nib against the bottle rim to drip off excess ink. Each bottle contains 20mL of ink. As glitter may cause clogging, it is recommended to write with a dip pen or glass pen, but not with fountain pens.
