When capped, it converts into a remarkably compact, travel-friendly "carry around" size that completely seals the nib against drying out. When posted for writing, the cap snaps securely onto the rear, lengthening the raw brass barrel into a perfectly balanced, full-sized fountain pen that rests effortlessly in the hand.
Because the raw brass surface is left completely unplated, the metal naturally oxidises over time and through contact with your hands, developing a deep, golden-brown vintage patina and recording minor scratches as a beautiful, custom map of your unique travels. To complement this living metal, the attached steel pocket clip features a raw, industrial iron finish. The crown of the cap is fitted with a built-in top ring meant for attaching lanyards, charms, or custom beads, and can be completely unscrewed if you prefer a streamlined, clip-free silhouette. 【MAINTENANCE】
Daily use is the best maintenance for the fountain pen or rollerball pen. In case the ink does not come out smoothly, you can remove the ink cartridge, flush the nib in running water, and then dry it off with a soft cloth or tissue. When it is completely dry, set the cartridge.
