The LITE Undated Hybrid Daily Planner in the RECORD series consists of 60 pages of undated calendars, including 2 months of undated monthly planners and 13 weeks of undated hybrid daily calendars. The design is lightweight yet offers two-month spaces for recording itineraries, which is extremely suitable for users with busy schedules or needing time management.
Unlike other conventional two-day-per-page weekly planners on the market, the TAKE A NOTE Undated Hybrid Daily Planner uses the design of “mini-weekly planners + two-day-per-page”. Therefore, users can view the week’s schedules from the mini-weekly planner, and the undated hybrid daily calendars provide sufficient space for recording work and life details.
The vertical timeline of the Undated Hybrid Daily Planner is from 8 am to 10 pm, and the time management allows you to take 15 minutes as a unit. The empty spaces on the top and bottom of the timeline are also available for extended writing.

The grid notes follow the SMART GRID design of the RECORD series. Combined with the anchor points around the page, the memo pages that show one solid line across the space of five dots allow users to draw symbols or lines without using tools frequently. Simply connecting the set anchor points, users can quickly divide the page into two or three equal parts from up to down or from left to right, saying goodbye to those hard days of counting grids.

The inner papers are made of Japan’s high-quality journal paper—white 68gsm Tomoe River Paper, no bleeding through with fountain pens and performing perfectly in drawing and stamping.
Regarding the cover paper, the art paper from a British century-old paper mill is selected, delivering a natural, simple sensation with a tough and solid texture to prevent the notebook from being damaged easily when carried around without any protective cover.

Take a Note was established in 2010. The brand initially shared designs on the Internet, and later developed them into physical products. Since 2015, Take a Note has been sold for over ten thousands copies worldwide. In 2017, it was recognized by Japan's Good Design Award, becoming the first Taiwanese planner to win the award, and the first place in the general election in Tokyo.
Take a Note's designer Aki is both a designer and a photographer. She has travelled through all scales of live music scenes for many years and collaborated with artists from all over the world.
