The TAKE A NOTE 2027 MEDIUM WEEKS Planner B6 is designed for those who want both structure and flexibility in their daily planning. More compact than the A5 Regular but roomier than the Mini, its B6 size makes it highly portable while still offering generous space for writing, journaling, and reflection.

Crafted with Japan’s 68gsm Tomoe River S paper, every page delivers a smooth and premium writing experience. Beloved by fountain pen users, this paper is lightweight, resistant to bleed-through, and ideal for all types of pens.

The MEDIUM WEEKS features an innovative functional grid system that varies line weight and density, creating a subtle structure that helps guide your writing without feeling restrictive. With its exposed-thread binding, the planner lays completely flat at 180°, so you can write comfortably on any surface.

The weekly layout uses a two-page spread, dividing each day into three flexible blocks instead of rigid hourly slots. This makes it equally practical for light scheduling, journaling, or creative note-taking. The bottom half of each weekly spread offers uninterrupted grid space, perfect for sketches, ideas, or reflections.

Inside, you’ll find 16 months of monthly and weekly pages (late 2026–early 2028). The monthly calendars provide clear overviews, while weekly spreads combine structure with open space. Unlike the Regular series, the MEDIUM WEEKS dedicates even more pages to grid notes, making it ideal for those who want extra room for writing. Moon phases are included throughout, helping you stay attuned to natural rhythms.

Each planner comes with a 2027 Letterpress Bookmark Card, an elegantly printed yearly calendar that serves as both a handy tool and a keepsake.

The MEDIUM WEEKS is more than just a planner—it’s a flexible canvas where you can organize your schedule, capture ideas, and document your year in a way that feels natural to you.
