Shipping Information
1. When you place an order:
• Estimated shipping costs and delivery dates are shown on the shipping quotes page.
• Estimates are based on the weight of your items and the shipping options you choose.
2. After your order is placed:
• You will receive an Order Confirmation email.
• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday through Friday).
3. When your order ships:
• You will automatically receive a tracking email.
• Follow the instructions in the email to track your order from dispatch to delivery.

*Note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees apply outside the EU and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier schedules, customs (for international orders), or public holidays.
Alternative Delivery Options
Fill My Box
Our “Fill My Box” service allows you to open a box for 4 weeks, purchase and fill in stationery items whenever you want, and pay the shipping fees all at once when you close the box.

When placing the order, write in the Order Comments the date and time you want to drop by and pick up your order.
Return Policy
1. How to initiate a return:
• Read all information below carefully before returning an item.
• Contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
• We will provide instructions on how to return your item promptly.
2. Return eligibility:
• Most new, unopened items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), where we will cover return shipping.
3. Condition of items:
• Items must be returned in their original condition and complete (including packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so they can be resold as new.
• Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products cannot be returned.
4. Refund details:
• Shipping charges are non-refundable; only the product cost will be refunded.
• Refunds are usually processed within 4 weeks of delivery of your package to the carrier.
This timeframe includes:
• Delivery time for us to receive your return (5–10 working days)
• Processing time once received (3–5 working days)
• Time for your bank to complete the refund (5–10 working days)
In many cases, refunds are processed earlier than the maximum timeframe.
Special cases:
Items purchased via Fill My Box or pre-ordered items are refunded as store credit only, with no expiry date.
