Immerse your writing in the flash of a mountain pheasant with Sailor Shikiori Fountain Pen Ink 20 ml – Mountain Bird. Yamadori (山鳥) is the copper pheasant — an autumn colour in Sailor’s Shikiori line, the dyes that weave Japan’s seasons onto the page.
On paper it reads as a teal-blue: clear in a thin line, richer in a wet one, and on good stock it can throw a little warm sheen in the pools. It is a water-based dye, made to flow smoothly and stay gentle on fountain-pen feeds — not water-resistant.
