Awarded Best Cutter at the prestigious Japanese Stationery Awards 2026, this charming tool delivers award-winning functionality wrapped in a delightful animal design. Bring a splash of fun directly to your sorting desk with the PLUS Pico Friends Box Cutter - Seal. Designed to look like a playful, belly-sliding spotted seal, this innovative unboxing tool turns the simple task of opening packages into a truly charming experience.
Crafted with a curved, ergonomic body covered in a premium soft-touch silicone sleeve, this little seal fits snugly in the palm of your hand for highly smooth, controlled movements. Hidden safely underneath its smooth underside is a high-performance ceramic blade. When placed against a package, the seal effortlessly glides across the packing tape as if it's sliding smoothly over sheets of ice. The ceramic blade height is meticulously calibrated to slice effortlessly through tough outer cardboard or heavy tape, while remaining short enough to prevent accidental scratches to your precious contents inside.
Because ceramic is naturally rust-proof, this cutter offers incredible longevity compared to standard steel utility blades. When it finally does come time to refresh the tool, the secure slide-lock base safely clicks away, allowing you to pop in a modular replacement blade cartridge (sold separately) without ever touching a sharp bare edge. Let this adorable white seal keep watch over your workstation alongside your favorite journal supplies, ready to slide right through your next incoming delivery mail haul!

ABOUT THE BRAND】
PLUS CORPORATION was founded in 1948 by merging two office supplies wholesalers in Tokyo – Imaizumi Shoten and Suzuki Shoten. The name was derived from the fact that two companies were merged together (hence a “plus”), as well as the implication of the founder’s aspiration to create a company that would be a plus to society.
Since then, PLUS has been working enthusiastically as a manufacturer in product development, and has steadily transformed from a wholesaler into a full-scale manufacturer of stationery with its own factories in Japan.
