How to Replace the Blade:

Remove the two screws on the top of the dispenser using a thin coin (such as a 1 yen coin) or a flathead screwdriver.

Turn the dispenser over and use the tip of a pen or similar object to push through the round hole and slide the blade out in the direction of the arrow.

Since the blade is double-edged, you can flip it over and reinstall it to use the fresh side before needing a full replacement.
