CITTA Diary has been published since 2013 and was sold over 260,000 copies. The brand is celebrating their 10th anniversary this year, together with the first issue of English version.
CITTA means "the heart" in Sanskrit and this is a planner notebook in which you put your heart into it. The planner was designed by a Japanese yoga teacher Chigusa Aoki, with the inspirations of Yoga philosophy.
To begin with, write down what you want to do the most without any restrictions on the "WAKU WAKU list" - things that make you happy and excited. Write down all the wishes from your heart, what you may be procrastinating on, and what you gave up in the past. When you finish writing it, take a look at the list and ask yourself, "Do I really want to do it?" If your answer is “Yes”, then put a due date next to it and take action. Using a schedule notebook in this way is the biggest charm of CITTA Diary. The power of writing will change your actions and make your wish/dream will come true.
